Our Promise

SOLI handles the most personal and sensitive information imaginable — your emotions, your thoughts, your face, your voice. We take this responsibility seriously. Your data belongs to you. Period.

7 Privacy Commitments

Your conversations are yours. No human at SOLI reads your conversations. Ever.
Face images are never stored. Camera analysis happens in real-time and is immediately discarded. We do not save, store, or transmit images of your face.
Voice is never recorded. We analyze emotional metadata (tone, pace, stress level) but we never record or store your actual voice.
Your data is never sold. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Ever.
Your data does not train AI models. Your conversations are not used to train or improve any AI system.
Full deletion in one click. You can permanently delete all your data at any time from the Settings menu. When you delete, it's gone. No backups, no archives.
Military-grade encryption. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

What We Collect

We collect only what's needed to provide SOLI's service:

Account info: Email, name, and birth date (for zodiac features).
Conversations: Text messages between you and SOLI, stored encrypted in your personal account.
Emotional metadata: Aggregate emotional patterns (e.g., "user was stressed on Tuesday") — never raw audio or images.
Usage data: Session duration and feature usage for service improvement.

Photos or images of your face

Location data
Contacts or phone data
Data from other apps

Data Security

All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and transmitted over TLS 1.3. Our database uses Row Level Security (RLS) — each user's data is isolated and inaccessible to other users or SOLI staff. We conduct regular security audits.

Third Parties

We use the following services to operate SOLI:

Google (Gemini AI): Processes conversations. Subject to Google's AI data usage policies. We send only the current conversation — no personal identifiers.
Supabase: Database hosting (Frankfurt, EU). ISO 27001 certified.
Vercel: Application hosting.
Stripe: Payment processing. SOLI never sees your credit card number.

Children

SOLI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
